If the calculators do not start this is often due to the fact that the browser’s Java extension (Java plug-in) is not activated. Please check the following settings first.
Windows:
Internet Explorer: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Java
Firefox: Tools - Options - Web Features - Enable Java
Mac OS:
Safari: Preferences - Security - Web Content - Enable Java
Firefox: Preferences - Content - Enable Java
Sometimes there is no Java plug-in at all, which unfortunately is the case with the standard installations of Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Downloading the current version is relatively easy and will certainly pay off!
